The method includes: measuring a pixel-level size of one or more markers in a first image by applying image segmentation to the one or more markers in the first image. Each of the one or more markers may be designed in concentric circles way and have a predefined world-level size. In accordance with an embodiment, the method further includes: determining a mapping relationship between a pixel-level size and a world-level size, according to the measured pixel-level size and the predefined world-level size of the one or more markers.
