The semi-persistent scheduling method includes receiving, through a first interface, semi-persistent scheduling configuration information sent by a base station, and sending the semi-persistent scheduling configuration information to a remote user equipment through a second interface to indicate that a semi-persistent scheduling mode is used in information transmission between the remote user equipment and the relay user equipment; and receiving, through the first interface, a semi-persistent scheduling signaling sent by the base station and sending the semi-persistent scheduling signaling to the remote user equipment through the second interface to indicate activation or release of a semi-persistent scheduling process between the remote user equipment and the relay user equipment. Semi-persistent scheduling between the remote user equipment and the relay user equipment can be implemented.

Abstract: Disclosed is an approach for implementing placement for an electronic design, where when a dragged object is moved into a desired area, existing objects in that location are automatically moved as necessary in correspondence to the movement of the dragged object. Existing objects are only moved if they are causing a spacing violation or overlap with the dragged object being moved, either directly or indirectly.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are muscle implants and methods of making muscle implants comprising one or more decellularized muscle matrices. The muscle matrices can, optionally, be joined to one or more decellularized dermal matrices. The muscle implants can be used to enhance muscle volume or to treat muscle damage, defects, and/or disorders. The decellularized muscle matrices in the implants retain at least some of the myofibers found in a muscle tissue prior to processing.
