    Abstract: Systems, methods, circuits, and apparatus including computer-readable mediums for managing page buffer circuits in memory devices are provided. In one aspect, a memory device includes a memory cell array, memory cell lines connecting respective lines of memory cells, and a page buffer circuit including page buffers coupled to the memory cell lines. Each page buffer includes a sensing latch circuit and a storage latch circuit. The sensing latch circuit includes a sensing transistor coupled to a sensing node and at least one sensing latch unit having a first node coupled to the sensing node and a second node coupled to a first terminal of the sensing transistor. The storage latch circuit includes at least one storage latch unit having third and fourth nodes coupled to the sensing node and a gate terminal of the sensing transistor.     Abstract: This application provides a data encryption method, a data decryption method, a secure data backup method, a secure data restoration method, and an electronic device. Different types of data packets in the card data are separately encrypted by using a secure element SE and a trusted execution environment TEE. In the encryption process, a user and a third-party card data provider are introduced, and are separately responsible for generation, storage, and delivery of one of key factors. Then, a real backup key is generated with reference to a key factor provided by a mobile phone party. After being encrypted in the SE and the TEE by using the backup key, the card data is uploaded to a cloud server for backup. The application can ensures data backup security in the SE and the TEE.

    Abstract: A memory unit is controlled by a word line, a reference voltage and a bit-line clamping voltage. A non-volatile memory cell is controlled by the word line and stores a weight. A clamping module is electrically connected to the non-volatile memory cell via a bit line and controlled by the reference voltage and the bit-line clamping voltage. A clamping transistor of the clamping module is controlled by the bit-line clamping voltage to adjust a bit-line current. A cell detector of the clamping module is configured to detect the bit-line current to generate a comparison output according to the reference voltage. A clamping control circuit of the clamping module switches the clamping transistor according to the comparison output and the bit-line clamping voltage. When the clamping transistor is turned on by the clamping control circuit, the bit-line current is corresponding to the bit-line clamping voltage multiplied by the weight.
