    Abstract: Disclosed is a light colored modified isocyanate mixture and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: a) reacting isocyanate groups of a raw material isocyanate under the action of a phospholenecatalyst, and finally obtaining a modified isocyanate reaction solution containing carbodiimide and/or uretonimine derivatives; and b) adding a compounded terminator of a halosilane organic and a sulfonic anhydride to the reaction solution obtained in step a so as to terminate the reaction of carbodiimidization. The modified isocyanate prepared by the method has the characteristics of a liquid state at room temperature, being stable in storage at room temperature and high temperature, and low color number.

    Abstract: Provided are an enclosed stirrer using intermittent resonance and a method. The enclosed stirrer comprises: two pairs of parallel tension springs (1), a fixing bracket (2), an elastic cantilever beam (3), a cantilever beam pressure clamping device (6), an eccentric motor (4), an arc-shaped cushion block (5), and an enclosed container (8). The enclosed container (8) is mounted on the fixing bracket (2) by the tension spring (1). The elastic cantilever beam (3) is installed below the enclosed container (8) and is axially parallel to the enclosed container (8). One end of the elastic cantilever beam (3) is mounted on the fixing bracket (2) as a clamping end, the other end of the elastic cantilever beam (3) is connected to the eccentric motor (4) as a movable end. The arc-shaped cushion block (5) is connected above the eccentric motor (4). The arc-shaped cushion block (5) reciprocally strikes the bottom of the enclosed container (8) during operation of the eccentric motor (4).

    Abstract: The present invention provides an electronic glove device for making three-dimensional structure. The device includes a heating unit, multiple pressure sensors and a microcomputer unit. The heating unit includes a first thermally conductive layer and a thermally insulated layer, and multiple electric heaters and temperature sensors are located between the first thermally conductive layer and the thermally insulated layer. The microcomputer unit is connected to the temperature sensors and the pressure sensors. Once pressure is exerted on thermoplastic plastic through the heating unit by hands, the microcomputer unit is configured to receive the increase of the pressure from the pressure sensors, and to direct the heating unit to increase the temperature of the first thermally conductive layer in accordance with the magnitude of the increase of the pressure. Use of the electronic glove, in combination with thermoplastic plastic, enables users to manually make three-dimensional structures easily and quickly.
