    Abstract: A microspheric ionomer having a cross-linked structure, a preparation method therefor, applications thereof, and a preparation system thereof. The ionomer comprises structure units A represented by formula (1), structure units B represented by formula (2), and a cross-linking structure provided by a cross-linking agent, M being separately selected from H, a metal cation, and a straight chain, a saturated alkyl of branched or ring-shaped C1-C20, R being H or a methyl; and metal cations are introduced to part of structure units A in the ionomer. The ionomer shows an outstanding effect on nucleation of PET, serves as a nucleating agent for PET modification, so as to obtain a corresponding PET composition.

    Abstract: A modified interleukin-2 (IL-2) molecule is obtained by being subjected to a modification as follows: substituting a region in an IL-2 molecule that mediates the binding of the IL-2 molecule to interleukin-2 receptor alpha (IL2R?) with a region in an interleukin-15 (IL-15) molecule that mediates the binding of the IL-15 molecule to interleukin-15 receptor alpha (IL15R?). The region in the IL-15 molecule that mediates the binding of the IL-15 molecule to the IL15R? includes 9 or more amino acid residues. Furthermore, a protein heterodimer including the modified IL-2 molecule and IL15R? (a Sushi domain) or a variant thereof is provided. The modified IL-2 molecule and/or the protein heterodimer including the modified IL-2 significantly reduce(s) an affinity of IL2R? to greatly reduce its side effects in clinical treatment and is promising drug candidate.

    Abstract: By introducing at least one cysteine residue based on wild-type IL-2, the binding plane of the IL-2 derivative and ? receptor subunit is partially or completely blocked, while the affinity of the IL-2 derivative to the complex of ? and ? receptor subunits is basically retained. A complex includes an IL-2 derivative, which is introduced with a third cysteine residue based on wild-type IL-2; and a blocking module, which has or is introduced with a fourth cysteine residue. The third cysteine residue on the IL-2 derivative and the fourth cysteine residue on the blocking module are capable of forming an intermolecular disulfide bond, thereby forming a complex of the IL-2 derivative and the blocking module. The binding plane of the IL-2 derivative and ? receptor subunit is partially or completely blocked, while the affinity of the IL-2 derivative to the complex of ? and ? receptor subunits is basically retained.

    Abstract: A decoupling control method for linkage turntable in the technical field of associative motion control mechanisms. Steps of the technical solution are as follows: measure a length L of a hypotenuse of a triangular structure; convert A-axis coordinates input to the system into Z0-axis coordinates according to Z0=L*cos ? and input them on Z0-axis; and in the case of a speed control method, convert the A-axis coordinates into a periodic displacement of Z0 according to ?Z0=L*(cos ?1?cos ?2), and input the displacement to Z0-axis. The beneficial effect is that the horizontal displacement generated by the movement of the Z0-axis is directly integrated into the closed loop of the X-axis by means of measurement combination and the displacement directly calculated by grating scale has high precision and no delay, and it is possible to achieve a more effective control level on this mechanical structure.
