In the display device, a first image source includes a first display area; a refraction element is configured to refract image light emitted from at least partial region of the first display area; the image light refracted by the refraction element is reflected by a first reflection element and propagated to an observation area to form a first virtual image; along a direction from a first end of the at least partial region to a second end of the at least partial region, an optical distance of at least part of the image light emitted from the at least partial region between a light incident surface of the refraction element and a light exiting surface of the refraction element gradually decreases.
