Abstract: Embodiments of the present application provide a method, a monitoring device, an apparatus, and a system for monitoring a moving target, wherein a monitoring device is provided at each monitoring point location in a moving trajectory of the moving target, the monitoring device is mounted on a rotating mechanism, and there are a plurality of monitoring point locations in the moving trajectory, wherein, images of the moving target in monitoring pictures captured at a first moment and a second moment by the monitoring device are obtained, the obtained images are analyzed to determine movement parameters of the moving target, rotation parameters of the rotating mechanism are determined based on the determined movement parameters, and the rotating mechanism is controlled to rotate based on the determined rotation parameters.
