    Abstract: This application describes a telematics communication terminal (T-Box), where the T-Box can synchronously send a radio frequency signal and a control signal to a relay through a cable. A first branch in the T-Box includes a vehicle-to-everything (V2X) circuit and a first radio frequency transmission circuit, and the first radio frequency transmission circuit is coupled between the V2X circuit and a first combination point. A second branch includes a first control signal end and a first radio frequency isolation circuit, the first radio frequency isolation circuit is coupled between the first control signal end and the first combination point, and the first control signal end outputs the control signal.

The apparatus includes: a processing circuit, a differential amplifier, and a charging circuit. The processing circuit is configured to input a first comparison voltage to a second input end of the differential amplifier and maintain the first comparison voltage. The differential amplifier is configured to output a first output voltage based on the first detection voltage and the first comparison voltage. The processing circuit is further configured to control the charging circuit to charge the battery by using a constant current, and detect a second detection voltage of the battery after the battery is charged. The differential amplifier is further configured to output a second output voltage based on the second detection voltage and the first comparison voltage.
