Abstract: The lactobacilli used in this invention are isolates that come from artisanal and fermented meats as well as material of plant origin from the central high plateau of Mexico. From a total of 60 strains of lactobacilli, 7 were selected due to their antagonistic capacity against pathogenic microorganisms and against spoilage microorganisms of raw and processed meat products. A method for preserving a food product, such as meat, whether raw or processed (stuffed products), was developed, including steps of inoculating of the meat with an effective amount of non-spoilage and non-pathogenic isolated bacteria in order to competitively inhibit the growth of unwanted pathogens and spoilage bacteria in meat products.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an autonomous mobile foam-producing unit for cleaning, specifically said unit allows the cleaning and sanitization of agricultural and livestock areas. The invention also enables to generate a large quantity of foam quickly and ejected with high pressure, preventing in turn a water hammer or Zhukowski pulse. The present invention is also autonomous, including power systems based on gasoline or diesel engines with the ability to be adapted to batteries and solar cells.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a process for cleaning and sanitizing productive agribusiness areas such as production farms, reproduction farms, poultry, pig and egg incubators, using a system that includes a standalone mobile unit which includes a foam-producing unit for applying a specialized detergent formulation for use with livestock and a pressure washing unit for pre-rinsing and rinsing, as well as to the cleaning and sanitizing process using the system that includes the standalone unit, making it possible to increase cleaning efficiency and productivity, and to reduce the death rate among poultry and pigs for reasons related to ineffective sanitation.
