    Abstract: According to the present invention, a film having a tensile modulus of elasticity of 220 MPa or more is adopted as a surface substrate film for a motor vehicle brake disc antirust film. If needed, the surface substrate film is made to further contain an ultraviolet absorber in a proportion of 0.01 to 20 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of the surface substrate film in such a way that the spectral transmittance of the surface substrate film in a wavelength region from 200 to 380 nm falls within a range from 0 to 20%. The present invention can provide a surface substrate film for a motor vehicle brake disc antirust film which surface substrate film is hardly peeled off when adhered onto a motor vehicle wheel.

The pressure-sensitive adhesive for a motor vehicle brake disc antirust film can provide a motor vehicle brake disc antirust film which is hardly peeled off when adhered onto a motor vehicle wheel.
