  • Patent number: 10151282
Abstract: Disclosed herein is an actuator for an intake manifold, wherein the actuator may include: a housing having a negative pressure space; an operating unit operated by the pressure of air introduced into and discharged from the negative pressure space, and rotating the variable valve; an exhaust flow path connected to an external negative pressure supply source; an intake flow path receiving external air which raises the pressure of the negative pressure space; a spool hole formed in the housing so as to communicate with the exhaust flow path and the intake flow path; an air entry and exit flow path formed in the housing so as to communicate with the negative pressure space and the spool hole; a valve body selectively opening/closing the exhaust flow path and the intake flow path; and a solenoid unit operating the valve body.

  • Patent number: 9273792
Abstract: A solenoid valve with the magnet filter includes a flange having a guide hollow part formed therein, in which at least one port that communicates with the guide hollow part is formed on an outer circumferential surface of the flange to be spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance in a lengthwise direction; a spool that is slidably installed in the guide hollow part; and a driving unit that is installed at a lower end of the spool and allows the spool to slide along the guide hollow part by a supply of current, wherein a bypass flow passage is formed in the driving unit so that bypass of oil or air is performed, and a magnet filter is installed at one side of the bypass flow passage so as to prevent introduction of metallic foreign substances.

  • Publication number: 20130062544
Abstract: The present invention relates to a hydraulic solenoid valve for an automatic transmission of a vehicle, which moves an armature and a spool upward or downward by means of magnetic force so as to open/shut an inlet and an outlet, characterized in that an air gap is formed between a circumferential surface of the armature and a circumferential inner surface of the movable guide body, thereby reducing mechanical processing error or assembly error, and enhancing hydraulic performance and gear shifting performance.
