Abstract: The present invention relates to a business method for intermediating temporary exchange use or loan use of things using the network and computer readable medium having computer executable instruction for performing the method. The inventive business method comprises steps the user's registering things that he/she wants to temporarily exchange or loaning to the database of the business proprietor; the business proprietor's finding things corresponding to the condition by comparing information about things input by the users; the business proprietor's intermediating the exchange or loan of things between users; and the business proprietor's certifying the return of the things and compensating the user for damages.
