    Abstract: A reconfigurable circuit for differential network includes: first circuit which is a two-port differential circuit; first cross-coupled switch circuit connected to first port on one side of the first circuit in parallel; and second circuit connected to second port on the other side of the first cross-coupled switch circuit in series. The beamforming apparatus that performs the beamforming method includes an array antenna in which an Elevation (EL) antenna group configured to perform beam steering in an elevation angle direction and an Azimuth (AZ) antenna group configured to perform beam steering in an azimuth angle direction are disposed on a same plane, a first chip located on a top surface of the array antenna and configured to control the beam steering in the elevation angle direction by controlling patch antennas included in the EL antenna group, and a second chip located on a bottom surface of the array antenna and configured to control the beam steering in the azimuth angle direction by controlling patch antennas included in the AZ antenna group.

    Abstract: A receiver optical subassembly for transforming received optical signal into electrical signal includes at least a ceramic substrate, a photo receiver and a transimpedance amplifier. There are high-speed traces formed on the substrate. The positive and negative pads of the photo receiver are coplanar and connected to the traces without wire bonding so as to reduce the parasitic impedance effect and improve the high-speed performance of the optical subassembly. The transimpedance amplifier is electrically connected to the traces via flip chip, wire bonding or other methods. The photo receiver and the transimpedance amplifier are connected via the high-speed traces formed on the substrate.
