  • Patent number: 11942543
Abstract: A high-voltage semiconductor device structure is provided. The high-voltage semiconductor device structure includes a semiconductor substrate, a source ring in the semiconductor substrate, and a drain region in the semiconductor substrate. The high-voltage semiconductor device structure also includes a doped ring surrounding sides and a bottom of the source ring and a well region surrounding sides and bottoms of the drain region and the doped ring. The well region has a conductivity type opposite to that of the doped ring. The high-voltage semiconductor device structure further includes a conductor electrically connected to the drain region and extending over and across a periphery of the well region. In addition, the high-voltage semiconductor device structure includes a shielding element ring between the conductor and the semiconductor substrate. The shielding element ring extends over and across the periphery of the well region.

  • Publication number: 20050179556
Abstract: An alarm device is used to pickproof a lock member, and includes a mounting member, an alarm actuator, and an alarm generator. The mounting member includes a base plate formed with a through hole. The alarm actuator is mounted removably in the through hole in the base plate. The alarm generator includes an alarm circuit, and a contact member connected electrically to the alarm circuit and disposed to contact the alarm actuator when the latter is mounted in the through hole. When operated in an armed mode, the alarm circuit generates an alarm output in response to detection by the contact member of removal of the alarm actuator from the base plate.

  • Publication number: 20050156441
Abstract: A door lock for a door panel includes a coupler and a door handle. The coupler is mounted rotatably on the door panel and is capable of driving rotation of an operating spindle between first and second angular positions for moving a latch bolt between latching and unlatching positions, respectively. The door handle includes a handle sleeve that is sleeved fittingly and removably on the coupler, and a lever that extends outwardly and radially from the handle sleeve. The lever extends sidewardly when the operating spindle is at the first angular position, and is operable so as to rotate the door handle downwardly such that the coupler drives rotation of the operating spindle from the first angular position to the second angular position.

  • Patent number: 6807834
Abstract: An electric door lock includes a deadbolt, a deadbolt operating spindle, a door handle, and a coupling mechanism. The spindle is coupled to the deadbolt and is capable of driving movement of the deadbolt between locking and unlocking positions. The coupling mechanism includes an engaging member, a push unit, and an electric driving motor unit. The engaging member is coupled co-rotatably to the spindle and is axially movable relative to the spindle from a first axial position, where the engaging member can be disengaged from the door handle, to a second axial position, where the engaging member engages the door handle such that rotation of the door handle results in corresponding rotation of the spindle. The push unit is driven by the motor unit so as to move the engaging member from the first axial position to the second axial position.

  • Patent number: 6761051
Abstract: In an electric padlock, a lock casing is formed with first and second shackle insert holes. A shackle member has a longer leg portion that is movably disposed in the second shackle insert hole and that is biased upwardly. A latch member is received in the lock casing, and is movable between locking and unlocking positions for engaging and disengaging a shackle groove in a shorter leg portion of the shackle member. An electric operating unit includes a drive motor mounted in the lock casing and engaging the latch member. The drive motor is operable for moving the latch member from the locking position to the unlocking position. A remote controller is operable so as to provide an electric signal to the drive motor for controlling operation of the drive motor.
