The annular piece is connected to the front piece via the pair of compression portions. When the pair of compression portions are compressed toward the front piece, the pair of rotating portions are adapted to be rotated relative to the pair of compression portions by the pair of compression portions being compressed, and rotation directions of the pair of rotating portions are opposite to each other.
