Abstract: An electronic device includes a first substrate structure, multiple electronic elements and a second substrate structure. The first substrate structure includes a first substrate. The electronic elements are disposed on the first substrate. The second substrate structure is coupled to the first substrate structure. The second substrate structure includes a second substrate, a protection circuit, a driving circuit and a bonding pad. The protection circuit is disposed on the second substrate. The driving circuit is disposed on the second substrate and configured to drive at least a part of the electronic elements. The bonding pad is disposed on the second substrate. The protection circuit is respectively coupled to the bonding pad and the driving circuit. The electronic device may reduce the damage caused by electrostatic discharge or reduce the impact of the bonding process of the bonding pad on signal conduction.

Abstract: A localization system for mounting a game, in a portable storage device, on a game console, includes a portable storage device and a game console. After the game console is connected with the portable storage device via an application-program menu in the game console, a target and game information in a header is searched for. Next, a step of checking if any cover information or setup-file information has correspondence to a correspondence code in the header, wherein in the case of YES, cover information or setup-file information are returned to the application-program menu and displayed on a screen. Next, a game can be performed to read a game file, including a game main program, in the portable storage device.

Abstract: A localization system for mounting a game in a portable storage device onto a game console is provided. The system includes a portable storage device and a game console. After the game console is connected with the portable storage device and a game is selected via an application program menu, a target word unit and game information in a small database is searched. Then, whether any cover data or configuration data is corresponding to an identification code in the small database is checked. If yes, the cover data or configuration data is returned to the application program menu and displayed on a screen. The selected game is then downloaded into the game console from the portable storage device, thereby achieving the promptly mounting and localizing the game without downloading all games from the portable storage device.
