    Abstract: A cap nailer includes a machine body, a muzzle, a magazine, a cap feeding device, and a nail striking device. The muzzle is connected to the machine body and extends along a first axis. The magazine is connected to the muzzle, and extends in an extending direction of a second axis. The cap feeding device includes a cap cartridge that is juxtaposed with the magazine, and a cap rail that is connected to the cap cartridge and that has a third axis. The cap cartridge is adapted for accommodating a plurality of caps. The third axis and the first axis define an intersection point that is spaced apart from the muzzle. The cap rail is adapted for guiding the caps to move to the intersection point, and cooperates with the magazine to define a first included angle therebetween. The first included angle ranges from 15 degrees to 25 degrees.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a screw feeding device including a nozzle assembly, a quick-release assembly, and a screw feeder body. The quick-release assembly is mounted on the nozzle assembly to allow it to be removably attached to the screw feeder body. The assembly includes a seat body, a pushing member, and an elastic member. The pushing member is movably placed in a sliding slot of the seat body and has a limiting groove with a tapered width. The elastic member is positioned in the limiting groove and has two linkage portions extending wider in the opposite direction. Each linkage portion is provided with a fixing pin, which are elastically positioned within a groove of a housing of the screw feeder body. When the pushing member moves relative to the elastic member, the elastic member deforms, causing the fixing pins to move closer and detach from the screw feeder body.

    Abstract: A restriction device is adapted to be mounted to a nail gun that has a barrel device and that accommodates a plurality of nails. Each nail has a nail head and a nail shaft. The restriction device includes a restriction member that has first and second obstruction portions. The restriction member is adapted to be movable between an obstruction position and a release position. When the restriction member is in the obstruction position, the first obstruction portion is adapted to be slotted between the nail shaft of one of the plurality of nails and the nail shaft of an adjacent one of the plurality of nails, and the second obstruction portion is adapted to abut against the nail head of the one of the plurality of nails or to abut the nail shaft of the adjacent one of the plurality of nails against the barrel device.

    Abstract: A method of adjusting an energy output for an electric nail gun including a controller, a motor, a flywheel that co-rotates with the motor, an impact member configured to receive energy of the flywheel to hit a nail, an operation component, an adjust component and a plurality of indicators is provided. The controller has a plurality of energy modes related to controlling the motor to drive the flywheel to rotate with different rotational speeds, respectively. When the adjust component is activated, the controller switches a currently-active energy mode to a next one of the energy modes, and lights up the indicators in a manner corresponding to the next one of the energy modes. When the operation component is activated, the controller controls the motor to rotate in the currently-active energy mode to drive the flywheel thus driving the impact member for firing the nail.
