  • Publication number: 20250046771
Abstract: An electronic package is provided, including: an encapsulation layer embedded with a first electronic component and conductive pillars; a circuit structure disposed on one surface of the encapsulation layer; a second electronic component disposed on the circuit structure; an insulation layer formed on the other surface of the encapsulation layer; and a circuit portion disposed on the insulation layer. Since the first and second electronic components are disposed on two sides of the circuit structure, respectively, the electronic package has various functions and high performance. A method for fabricating the electronic package is also provided.

  • Publication number: 20150175258
Abstract: A helicopter with an H-pattern structure is provided. With an H-pattern transmission mechanism operating in collaboration with two pairs of rotor sets, which are disposed at two sides of a front region and a rear region of an airframe and being rotated in opposite directions, torques generated by the two pairs of rotor sets being rotated in opposite directions are counteracted. Thus, a flight posture and rotation direction during a flight of the helicopter is kept balanced, and at the same time, the helicopter is provided with a simple structure and ensured flight safety.

  • Publication number: 20130134909
Abstract: A hub power device of a hybrid vehicle, comprising a motor powered battery, an accelerator unit, a motor control unit, an annular stator, and an axle shaft which passes through the annular stator to be combined with a hub. An inner wall of the hub is fixed with an annular rotor which is movably sheathed on an outer rim of the annular stator. When the accelerator unit is activated, the motor control unit controls the motor powered battery to supply electricity to the annular stator and the annular rotor, thereby driving the hub to spin. If the accelerator unit is inactivated, the motor powered battery stops supplying electricity to the annular stator and the annular rotor, allowing the annular rotor to spin freely following the hub, thereby generating electric energy between the annular stator and the annular rotor and charging the motor powered battery to reduce fuel consumption.

  • Publication number: 20110114404
Abstract: A power rim system of the present invention includes magnets located on a rim of a vehicle, and coils are located on a wheel axle of the vehicle corresponding to the position extending into the rim, thereby forming a rim motor configuration when the rim and the wheel axle are joined together. Moreover, the power rim system is equipped with a motor control unit (MCU) connecting accelerator, brake and gear signals, a power detector, and rim motor angle signals, as well as being used to establish an electrical connection between a rim motor and a storage battery. When the vehicle accelerator is actuated, then electric power of the storage battery is output to the rim motor, which drives and rotates the rim, the electric supply being stopped when braking; moreover, electric power produced from the rotating rim is input to the storage battery and stored.

  • Publication number: 20080174486
Abstract: The present invention employs speed sensing module for sensing the occurring of the abnormal acceleration and automatically conveying such message to internal process unit of intelligent satellite positioning apparatus, said process unit also simultaneously receiving the positioning signal from satellite positioning receiving module and transmitting it to the server of telecommunications provider via communication module then relaying to liaison-party as well; meanwhile, said process unit also sends the speed abnormal error-alerting message together along with the positioning signal to remote server, where said positioning signal being converted into E-map or short message mode thereat, via network module; then, all these messages are relayed to liaison-party via the Internet; thus, the present invention enables liaison-party not only receive the message from telecommunications provider but also receive the network message and positioning message from remote server so as to quickly handle it effectively.

  • Publication number: 20080162045
Abstract: The present invention provides a traffic flow and vehicle safety and position detection system, which includes a vehicle detection host within a vehicle, a remote server system and a mobile telephone number. When being used to monitor traffic flow, GPRS (General Packet Radio Service) is used to link up the vehicle detection host with the remote server system and transmit traveling vehicle information to a remote server, wherein the information is stored. When being used to prevent vehicle theft, a vehicle owner is able to phone the remote server system via the mobile telephone number, thereby enabling the remote server system to detect location of the vehicle detection host. Hence, the mobile telephone number enables the vehicle owner to have control over the status of his vehicle at all times.
