  • Publication number: 20110100979
Abstract: A manufacturing method for a rod member of a three-dimensional statically indeterminate truss structure is provided, which includes the following steps. A first conical connection element is provided, which has a guide slot and a coupling portion on a front and a rear end respectively. A first screw connection is made to penetrate from the coupling portion of the first conical connection element, such that a screw portion of the first screw connection penetrates out of the guide slot, and a head portion of the first screw connection is confined within the first conical connection element. The coupling portion of the first conical connection element is aligned and engaged with a first end opening of a tube member, and the first end opening of the tube member is joined to an engaging portion in the coupling portion of the first conical connection element by applying a magnetic pulse welding technique.

  • Patent number: 7555237
Abstract: A positioning mechanism for positioning a developing apparatus is disclosed. The positioning mechanism includes a base. A guide slot is formed on the base for guiding the developing apparatus to slide inside the base in a first direction. The base includes a first end and a second end. The lock mechanism further includes a positioning roller disposed on a first side of the guide slot for pressing the developing apparatus when the developing apparatus is inserted inside the base completely so that a first end of the developing apparatus contacts against the first end of the base and a second end of the developing apparatus contacts against the second end of the base.

  • Publication number: 20090067885
Abstract: A controlling apparatus for controlling at least a clutch includes: a first actuating module; a shaft, coupled to the first actuating module, for driving the first actuating module to rotate; and a controlling circuit, coupled to the shaft, for controlling a rotation of the shaft. When the shaft rotates to a first position, the first actuating module is in contact with the first clutch so as to stop the first clutch from rotating. And when the shaft rotates to a second position, the first actuating module is not in contact with the first clutch, so as to allow the first clutch to rotate.

  • Publication number: 20050146835
Abstract: A storage capacitor having a scattering effect is positioned in a substrate for use in a thin film transistor array loop. The storage capacitor is characterized by having a rough layer overlapped by a medium layer and a passivation layer. The storage capacitor further has a reflective layer with high reflectivity so as to provide the storage capacitor with the scattering effect toward an external light source. A method of manufacturing the storage capacitor by two photolithography processes is also shown.

  • Patent number: 6484004
Abstract: An apparatus for efficiently transferring at least two subtractive color toner images simultaneously onto a substrate. The apparatus includes a photoreceptor, transfer charger, mechanism for placing the substrate between the photoreceptor and transfer charger, a plurality of print stations and a stabilizing charger unit. Each of the print stations include a charger unit, an exposure unit, and a developer unit for applying a respective color toner to the latent image formed by the exposure unit in conjunction with the charger unit upon the photoreceptor. Upon application to photoreceptor, each toner has an initial charge-to-mass ratio, which is subsequently increased to a saturated charge-to-mass ratio when the toner passes under the charger unit of a subsequent print station. Thus, the stabilizing charger unit substantially conforms the charge-to-mass ratio of the toner deposited by the last print station to the charge-to-mass ratio of the toner developed previously.

  • Publication number: 20020102112
Abstract: In the embodiments described in the specification a toner container and scraper arrangement includes a toner bottle having a rectangular cross-section and a flexible wire mounted on a rotatable member at the outlet opening for the toner bottle. The flexible wire, which may be made of resilient metal or plastic material, extends at an angle to the axis of rotation so that it engages all of the interior surface regions of the toner bottle to release adhering toner as the rotatable member is rotated.
