  • Patent number: 6843879
Abstract: The invention provides a separation method for object and glue membrane, and it is characterized: an external force such as tearing apart is pre-applied for appropriately separating the glue membrane and the object, such that the binding ability between the object and the glue membrane is reduced, and a taking-and-placing head then sucks up the object; to achieve said objective, it can arrange a vacuum sucking-up seat that is moveable and has vacuum adsorption hole under the glue membrane, and the sucking force of the vacuum sucking-up seat may generate an external force such as tearing apart to the glue membrane, and the object is then sucked up by the taking-and-placing head; it is also possible to arrange a connection rod to lower down and lift up the taking-and-placing head simultaneously and, before the taking-and-placing head is lowered down to contact the object, it may bring along the connection rod to press down the glue membrane and generate an external force such as tearing apart to the glue membra

  • Publication number: 20040218857
Abstract: A duplex optical transceiver module comprises a body having a first open channel, a second open channel, and a sleeve. A normal line of the first open channel is vertical to that of the second open channel. The first open channel receives an optical transmitting module and the second open channel receives an optical receiving module. An optical fiber is coaxially arranged in a fiber connector in the body at an opposite end of the first open channel. A filter is obliquely arranged at an intersect section of the first open channel and the second open channel. One side of the fiber facing to the optical transmitting module is coated with material which transmits light from the optical transmitting module. Another side of the filter facing the optical receiving module is coated with material which totally reflects light from the optical fiber.

  • Patent number: 6808313
Abstract: An optical fiber connector includes a first elongated portion with a first conical head and a first through hole. A second elongated portion has a second through hole defined to correspond to and communicate with the first through hole of the first elongated portion after the first distal end of the second elongated portion is received in the first elongated portion and a second conical head. Two hollow retaining elements respectively have a tapered through hole to correspond to the first and second conical head so that after the first conical head and the second conical head are respectively in a corresponding one of the two retaining elements, a diameter of the first through hole and a diameter of the second through hole are reduced so that a filament of an optical fiber is able to be securely retained inside the first and second through holes.

  • Patent number: 6776657
Abstract: Connector connectable to coaxial cable without using tool is disclosed. The connector comprises an outer sleeve including a front inward rim and a staged bore; an inner sleeve including a front flange and a front inward rim; a nut; a cylindrical coupling sleeved on the outer sleeve; and a resilient gripping ring. A rear inward rim of the nut is fitted between the outer sleeve and the flange and is sleeved on the inner sleeve. The rim of the outer sleeve is sleeved on the inner sleeve. The ring is sandwiched between a rear inward rim of the coupling and the inner sleeve. The cable is inserted into the coupling and the ring for fitting the outer insulator in the inner sleeve. The insertion is stopped as the outer insulator of the cable contacts the rim of the inner sleeve. The cable is fastened in the connector by the ring.

  • Patent number: 6767248
Abstract: Connector connectable to a coaxial cable is disclosed. The connector includes outer and inner sleeves, a cylindrical coupling fitted on the outer sleeve, the coupling including a rear inward flange, and a flexible sealing ring surrounded by the coupling, the ring including a flared front end, a flared rear end urged against the flange, and a narrow intermediate section. Inserting the cable into the coupling will fit an outer insulator of the cable in the inner sleeve to electrically couple the cable and the connector together with an outer conductor and a shield of the cable disposed inside the outer sleeve. Pushing the coupling will compress the ring to urge against the front end of the ring against the rear end of the outer sleeve and recess the intermediate section to fasten on the shield. This can prohibit moisture from entering thereinto, thereby preventing internal conductive members from being rusted.

  • Publication number: 20040084903
Abstract: A glue-less head casing assembly of an optical fiber transmission cable capable of connecting with an optical fiber conductor wire includes a head casing main body and a head socket. A lashing ring is coaxially disposed at a front end of the head casing main body thereby tightly connecting the front end area with an optical fiber core wire of the optical fiber conductor wire; the diameter of a distal end portion of the head socket is reduced by a squeezing tool. The distal end portion with reduced diameter tightly connects with a buffering layer of the optical fiber wire so as to stabilize the transmission of optical signals.
