  • Patent number: 11963369
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an integrated circuit. The integrated circuit has a plurality of bit-line stacks disposed over a substrate and respectively including a plurality of bit-lines stacked onto one another. A data storage structure is over the plurality of bit-line stacks and a selector is over the data storage structure. A word-line is over the selector. The selector is configured to selectively allow current to pass between the plurality of bit-lines and the word-line. The plurality of bit-line stacks include a first bit-line stack, a second bit-line stack, and a third bit-line stack. The first and third bit-line stacks are closest bit-line stacks to opposing sides of the second bit-line stack. The second bit-line stack is separated from the first bit-line stack by a first distance and is further separated from the third bit-line stack by a second distance larger than the first distance.

  • Patent number: 5634220
Abstract: A double-functional faucet structure including a water discharging tube communicated with a water supplying opening of a water supplying tube and a stepped hollow cylindrical valve shaft fitted in the water supplying opening. The interior of the water discharging tube is divided into a small passage and a large passage and the valve shaft is formed with a first water inlet and a second water inlet which are respectively communicated with the small and large passages of the water discharging tube. A switch handle is operated to alternatively discharge the water from the small passage at a reduced amount or from the large passage at a normal amount. A nozzle is disposed in a free end of the small passage, making the water flow out therefrom in a fog pattern.

  • Patent number: 5494222
Abstract: A faucet spout including a sleeve member having a lower water exit, a core member having a closed end, a filtering screen, a resilient adapter fitted onto a faucet and a cap member. The core member is disposed in the sleeve member with the closed end facing the water exit of the sleeve member. The filtering screen is disposed in an inner insert groove of the sleeve member above the core member. The resilient adapter is disposed on an inner step section of the sleeve member. The cap member is screwed on an upper end of the sleeve member to associate the resilient adapter with the sleeve member. When the faucet is opened, the water flowing into the sleeve member is more than the water flowing out of the sleeve member so that the water accumulates therein and creates turbulence and back pressure, making the resilient adapter more firmly engage with the faucet without easily detaching therefrom. The water under pressure will be injected from the water exit of the sleeve member in fog pattern.
