  • Patent number: 11698227
Abstract: An eddy fluid heat exchange device comprises a compound tube assembly mounted with an eddy guiding structure. The compound tube assembly comprises an outer tube mounted with an inner tube. The outer tube and the inner tube have an eddy passage along an axis of the inner tube formed therebetween. The outer tube has a guiding exit at one end of the eddy passage. The eddy guiding structure is mounted at another end of the eddy passage, having a guiding entrance. Entering from the guiding entrance, high pressure fluid forms eddies surrounding the inner tube when flowing through the eddy guiding structure. A flowing path of the high pressure fluid in the eddy passage extends, simplifying structures and lowering costs of production and maintenance. Besides, increasing a heat transfer area between the high pressure fluid and the outer tube or the inner tube improves the heat transfer efficiency.

  • Patent number: 11578692
Abstract: A tidal power generation device includes a container assembly and a power generation device arranged in the container assembly. A water inlet of the container assembly allows a tidal water flow to enter. An entrance guide plate of the container assembly causes the water flow to advance in the direction of the power generation device to push the power generation device's thrust plates, and thereby driving the power generation device's thrust plate traction mechanism to make a power generator of the power generation device convert kinetic energy into electrical energy. After the water flow pushes the thrust plates, it enters a pressure accumulating pool of the container assembly. Then, the water flow in the pressure accumulating pool flows to a backflow guide plate of the container assembly, and flows to a first pressure relief pool of the container assembly to continue pushing the thrust plates.

  • Patent number: 11300094
Abstract: A high efficiency compressed-air power generation system has a main casing forming a main passage, a main rotor, an air distributor, and a main generator. The main passage has an intake section and a turbine section. The suction opening is connected to the intake section of the main passage, and the main outlet opening is connected to a turbine section of the main passage. The main rotor is rotatably mounted in the turbine section. The air distributor is configured to supply compressed air into the intake section via multiple nozzles directed toward the main turbine wheels. When compressed air is released from the air distributor, ambient air is sucked into the intake section by compressed air released by the air distributor utilizing Bernoulli's principle. The main rotor is rotated by a mixture of compressed air and ambient air to drive the main generator.

  • Publication number: 20140325429
Abstract: A method for controlling the display of a document shown on a touch device has the steps of recognizing a triggering gesture performed on a touch device, displaying a control object on the touch device when the triggering gesture is recognized, and changing a displaying level of detail of a selected document through the control object. The control object allows a user to directly adjust the level of detail of the selected document by zooming in or out with a simple gesture such as a drag or a tapping performed on the touch device.

  • Publication number: 20110225907
Abstract: A ventilating unit for a building includes an upper board, two lower boards located under the upper board and a ventilating board mounted between the upper board and the lower boards. The upper board has two opposite sides each provided with an oblique portion. Each of the lower boards has two opposite sides each provided with an oblique section and has an inner portion provided with a draining channel. The ventilating board has a surface provided with a plurality of vent holes. Thus, the hot air in the building is rapidly drained outward from the upper board through the vent holes of the ventilating board so that the ventilating unit provides a heat radiating effect to the building to lower down the temperature in the building.

  • Publication number: 20090020528
Abstract: A box assembly includes a plurality of storage boxes each having an inside formed with a receiving space, a plurality of connecting members mounted between the storage boxes to combine the storage boxes together in a vertical direction, and a plurality of fastening members mounted between the storage boxes to combine the storage boxes together in a horizontal direction. Thus, the storage boxes are expandable in the vertical direction by connection of the connecting members and are expandable in the horizontal direction by connection of the fastening members so that the box assembly is expandable in a two-dimensional manner to satisfy a user's requirement.

  • Patent number: 7089147
Abstract: A wireless tire-pressure monitor mainly has a cylindrical body, a seal assembly, a screw and a sensor. The cylindrical body is mounted through a hole in a wheel rim wall and has an air passage, an interior thread defined in the air passage and a flange formed around the body. The seal assembly is mounted around the body on opposite sides of the wheel rim wall and abuts the flange on the body. The screw is screwed into the air passage and squeezes the seal assembly against the wheel rim wall. The sensor is mounted on the body. Therefore, the wireless tire-pressure monitor is easily and securely attached to the wheel rim to detect pressure and temperature of the wheel. Further, the sensor is positioned outside of the wheel rim to prevent the wireless detecting signals from being interfered by the wheel rim or wheel.
