  • Publication number: 20070247096
Abstract: A communication protocol is employed between a movable barrier operator and an associated wall button using the traditional signaling wires connecting them. Implementing the communication protocol using the existing signaling wires also allows backward compatibility with the traditional push wall buttons that have a physical contact switch. In one embodiment, the communication protocol allows bi-directional communication between the moveable barrier operator and the wall button. The bi-directional embodiment of the protocol allows further communications, such as handshaking, signal confirmation and more advanced control between the wall unit and the barrier operator.

  • Publication number: 20070087182
Abstract: The present invention relates to an inorganic wood-like material, which can be used as a sheet instead of wood, characterized that the said material mainly includes magnesite, magnesium chloride, lime powder, glass fibber, talcum powder and kaolin. The method of preparing the same includes pulverizing, mixing this material in different proportion and molding the mixture to obtain the inorganic wood-like material of the present invention. The material can exhibits a laminated structure comprising wear-resistant surface layer (11), an inorganic material layer (12) and a wear-resistant bottom layer (13). The material can be used for buildings. It is non-toxic, odorless, rustless, non-inflammable and non-oxidable. Its appearance looks like wood and it is easy to be processed. The material is a good environment-protecting material and will be widely accepted by industry and commerce.

  • Publication number: 20050155718
Abstract: An insert ring for a wafer support inside a processing chamber for the processing, particularly dry etching, of semiconductor wafer substrates. The insert ring has a generally step-shaped cross-sectional configuration which defines a perpendicular gap or flow space between the insert ring and the wafer support. In the etching of substrates on the wafer support, the perpendicular gap or flow space defines a perpendicular flow path for plasma species. Consequently, flow of heavy plasma species against the outer wall of the wafer support is substantially hindered or reduced to reduce accumulation of polymer material on the inner surface of the insert ring and/or the outer wall of the wafer support.

  • Publication number: 20010013351
Abstract: This invention provides a wig having means for adjustment of the cap size of the wig for fitment to individual users and to reduce the stock numbers necessary to be carried by retailers to fit the variety of head sizes and still provide a full range of hair colors. The adjustment means can be an engageable strip of material to engage along the ribbon of a machine-made wig cap by engaging at the connection points of the ribbon and wefts of hair. The circumferential band of the wig may also be adjusted through the provision of such items as hook and eye fasteners.
