In some examples, the method includes receiving a workpiece that includes an inter-level dielectric layer. A first contact that includes a fill material is formed that extends through the inter-level dielectric layer. The inter-level dielectric layer is recessed such that the fill material extends above a top surface of the inter-level dielectric layer. An etch-stop layer is formed on the inter-level dielectric layer such that the fill material of the first contact extends into the etch-stop layer. A second contact is formed extending through the etch-stop layer to couple to the first contact. In some such examples, the second contact physically contacts a top surface and a side surface of the first contact.

The display device includes a substrate, an active matrix, a display driver and a thin-film transistor (TFT) conditioning circuit. The active matrix disposed on the substrate includes multiple data lines, multiple gate lines and multiple pixels. The data lines intersect with the gate lines. The pixels are coupled to intersections of the data lines and the gate lines. The display driver disposed on the substrate generates signals for driving the data lines and/or the gate lines in response to a conditioned serial data clock. The TFT conditioning circuit disposed on the substrate is coupled to the display driver. The TFT conditioning circuit includes one or more TFTs, and attenuates an amplitude of a serial data clock in response to a predetermined gate bias to provide the conditioned serial data clock to the display driver.

Therefore, whether or not the residual toxicant on the object is cleaned can be determined easily and accurately.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) and Bluetooth (BT) device including a WLAN circuit and a BT circuit. The WLAN circuit starts a WLAN slot according to a beacon of a beacon signal from an access point and executes WLAN communication. The WLAN slot ends after a measured reception time point of the beacon so as to prevent missing the beacon. The BT circuit starts a BT slot after the end of the WLAN slot and executes BT communication. If the BT slot is shorter than the period of the beacon signal minus the WLAN slot, the WLAN circuit earns additional time to start an extended WLAN slot after the end of the BT slot for carrying on the WLAN communication. The extended WLAN slot is not longer than the period of the beacon signal minus the sum of the WLAN and BT slots.

    Abstract: A radar system having a vehicle assist function with a field of view higher than 160 degrees is provided. The radar system includes antenna boards and a processing unit. The antenna board includes multiple antennas disposed thereon and transmitting a detection signal to detect an obstacle outside the vehicle, and then receiving a reflected signal, generated by the detection signal reflected by the obstacle. Therefore, the single radar system is enough for the vehicle assist function, and the transmitting and receiving antennas are disposed on the antenna board. The processing unit can directly analyze the reflected signal to determine a distance between the obstacle and the vehicle, and perform different vehicle assist functions having different warning distances, and when the distance between the obstacle and the vehicle is lower than one of the warning distances, the processing unit outputs a warning message to warn a driver.

The assessment allows the device to perform a corresponding anti-interference measure for each of the wireless communication circuits.
