  • Publication number: 20190351596
Abstract: A molding device includes first and second molds, and a material passage. The first mold includes a first porous layer including a first porous main body, a first molding surface and a first connecting tube formed in the first porous main body. The first mold has a first gas passage for a gas to be supplied into the first porous main body. The second mold includes a second porous layer including a second porous main body, a second molding surface cooperating with the first molding surface to define a cavity, and a second connecting tube formed in the second porous main body. The material passage extends through one of the first and second molds, and is spatially communicated with the cavity for entrance of a supercritical foaming material into the cavity.

  • Publication number: 20190344519
Abstract: A shoe sole molding device adapted for heating and molding a foamed material into a shoe sole includes a mold seat unit, a core unit, an induction heating unit and a coil unit. The core unit is disposed in a core receiving space of the mold seat unit, and defines a cavity for receiving the foamed material. The induction heating unit is disposed around the core unit, and has magnetic permeability greater than that of the core unit. The coil unit is disposed around the induction heating unit, and provides electromagnetic wave to induce heating in the induction heating unit to heat up the core unit and the foamed material.

  • Publication number: 20180319048
Abstract: A molding device includes lower and upper die core assemblies. The lower die core assembly includes at least two lower die core units surrounding a central axis and defining a mold cavity. The lower die core assembly is convertible between an open state and a closed state. When converted from the closed state into the open state, the lower die core units are moved away from the central axis. When converted from the open state into the closed state, the lower die core units are moved toward the central axis to compress the foaming material. The upper die core assembly is convertible between a lifted state, where the upper die core assembly is spaced apart from the lower die core assembly, and a lowered state to cover the mold cavity.
