The high-voltage semiconductor device structure also includes a doped ring surrounding sides and a bottom of the source ring and a well region surrounding sides and bottoms of the drain region and the doped ring. The well region has a conductivity type opposite to that of the doped ring. In addition, the high-voltage semiconductor device structure includes a shielding element ring between the conductor and the semiconductor substrate.     Abstract: A bi-directional fiber optic transceiver includes a laser diode, a photodiode, first and second lenses, all of which share a common linear optical axis, and a housing. The first lens may have transmission increasing film thereon. The second lens may have a reflection increasing film thereon. An optical splitter may be between the first and second lenses. The first and/or second lenses may be spherical, hemispherical or aspheric. The transceiver size is reduced so that a circuit board can accommodate more components or be smaller in size. Utilizing hemispherical lenses can greatly increase the coupling ratio of the optical links between the photodiode, fiber and laser diode. Utilizing aspheric lenses with high coupling can serve high power output requirements. Use of spherical lenses (which extend the focal length) with aspheric lenses enables LD TO assemblies in individual housings to serve in various products.

    Abstract: An optical triplexer and/or optical line terminal (OLT) compatible with 1.25 and 10 Gb/s passive optical networks is disclosed. The triplexer/OLT includes an optical fiber, first and second laser diodes, a photodiode, and first and second lenses. A hemispherical lens may be at an end face of the photodiode or receiver subassembly housing. A first optical splitter is mounted between the first and second lenses, and a second optical splitter is mounted between the optical fiber and the second laser diode. The first lens and first laser diode, and the second lens and second laser diode share respective common linear optical axes. The present triplexer/OLT advantageously accords with an interface standard IEEE802.3av-2009 PRX30. In addition, the present triplexer can advantageously implement analog receiving and digital transceiving, save optical fiber resources, and provide high efficiency coupling. Thus, requirements for high power output and smaller housing outlines can be served.

The method includes: obtaining a first power feature of the power circuit at a time; obtaining a second power feature of the power circuit at another time; determining whether a power feature variation occurs according to the first and second power features. If the power feature variation occurs, the method further includes: adjusting the first power feature to a first normalized power feature according to a reference voltage; adjusting the second power feature to a second normalized power feature according to the reference voltage; recognizing that a status of one of the electric devices is changed from a first status to a second status according to the first and second normalized power features. By applying the method, whether the electric devices are switched on or off may be accurately recognized.

    Abstract: An identification card apparatus is provided. The identification card apparatus includes a main body formed by a first housing member and a second housing member and an active radio frequency identification module which includes a battery unit having at least one coin cell, an integrated circuit board and a plurality of conductive connecting pieces. One end of the conductive connecting piece connects to a side of the coin cell, and the other end of the conductive connecting piece connects to a surface of the integrated circuit board, thereby forming a bending portion for the conductive connecting piece. Consequently, by improving the structural design of internal elements and their connection relationship, the identification card apparatus can extend the transmission range, reduce the overall dimension in thickness and weight, enhance the connection relationship of the internal elements, and increase vibration resistance, thereby improving convenience of use.

    Abstract: A storage device with a 1394 interface is disclosed herein, which receives an accessed command from a host to access data. Herein, the storage device with the 1394 interface comprises at least a 1394 physical layer, a storage module and a controller. After the 1394 physical layer of the storage device is inserted into a corresponding interface of the host, the storage device is electrically connected to the host. Then, the controller can receive a write command, a read command and an erase command from the host through the 1394 physical layer. According to the commands, the data can be written into the storage module, or read and erased from the storage module.
