  • Publication number: 20240086606
Abstract: A method for generating analog schematic diagram based on building block classification and reinforcement learning is disclosed. First of all, deeper relationship features among devices with building block classification are obtained. Secondly, the device leveling gives an initial device placement topology resulting from the current/signal flows in the circuit netlist. Thirdly, reinforcement learning is applied to refine placement and routing topologies by embedding the building blocks and current/signal flow information into feature vectors. Pattern routing and maze routing algorithms are performed for local and global interconnections, respectively, followed by placement adjustment for density balancing and space minimization to obtain aesthetic analog circuit schematics.

  • Patent number: 9621384
Abstract: Systems and methods for the communication of data over a plurality of parallel communication paths are provided. Embodiments of the parallel communications systems and methods may discover, characterize, and leverage multiplicity of resources in various network elements to provide network applications with a desired communication objective and level of performance. The systems and methods may dynamically adapt to changes in the network resources to continuously provide the desired communication performance.

  • Patent number: 9326121
Abstract: A fast device discovery protocol with a high success rate for device-to-device (D2D) communication in LTE-A networks is proposed. With the proposed protocol, device discovery is done by monitoring a randomly transmitted beacon from other devices within a pre-defined period. In one embodiment, an eNB receives scheduling requests from D2D UEs and in response allocates a distributed uplink resource for random access of beacon transmission by the D2D UEs. The distributed resource is dynamically allocated based on the number of requesting D2D UEs, a discovery period, and a target discovery probability to minimize the required resource.

  • Publication number: 20100136972
Abstract: A gateway module, a communication method, and a computer program product thereof are provided. The gateway module is adapted for use in a network framework comprising a mobile station, a plurality of interworking units, a first wireless network, and a second wireless network. The mobile station is located within the signal coverage of the first wireless network and the second wireless network, and accepts network service provided by the first wireless network. The gateway module receives a handover request signal of the first wireless network, selects a handover interworking unit from the interworking units according to the handover request signal, and transmits the handover request signal to the second wireless network. Thereby, the mobile station can handover to the second wireless network to accept the network service provided by the second wireless network.

  • Publication number: 20100124275
Abstract: A system and method for dynamically encoding multimedia streams is provided. A user-end device is allowed to generate a network status message and transmit it to a data server, and the data server dynamically adjusts encoding parameters based on the network status message, encodes multimedia data using the adjusted encoding parameters, and sends the encoded multimedia data to the user-end device. This system and method solves problems where the picture quality and playback smoothness are affected by packets loss or error at the user end due to inability to adapt to constantly changing network conditions as in the prior art.
