A plug member can be disposed in the delivery assembly and attached to suture such that the plug member. The plug member includes a plug body, a pair of ridges that project from the plug body, and a select location disposed between the pair of ridges. The plug member configured to, in response to a force applied to the select location, transition from an insertion configuration, whereby the plug member is elongate along an insertion direction, into a collapsed configuration, whereby the plug member is collapsed along the insertion direction.
