    Abstract: A power inductor device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The power inductor device includes a first magnetic core body, a second magnetic core body, a third magnetic core body and a metal conductor. The metal conductor is disposed between the columnar body and the groove. The magnetic core and the metal conductor are assembled and formed by a heating and pressing molding process, and the crystallized structures are generated by a section heating process, a calcining process, a tempering process and a cooling process.

    Abstract: A core for a coil winding includes a T-shaped main body having a vertical plate and a horizontal column laterally projected from a central area of a right side of the vertical plate for a coil to wind therearound, and a cover portion assembled to a right side of the main body. The cover portion defines an inner space and includes at least communicable open left and upper sides. The horizontal column and the coil are located in the inner space of the cover portion, so that the core is a rectangular parallelepiped enabling effective space utilization. An inductance or impedance of the coil winding can be adjusted through changing a clearance between the main body and the cover portion. The coil may be separately mass-produced in advance and then assembled to the horizontal column of the main body to increase the productivity of the coil winding.

    Abstract: A method of forming induction coil includes the steps of processing a metal material to form a long flat strip having a beginning section, a plurality of middle sections, and an end section that are integrally and sequentially connected to one another; subjecting the sections of the flat strip to necessary surface isolating treatment; and sequentially folding the flat strip at joints of two adjacent middle sections to forma folded section at each joint, and stacking while folding the middle sections one by one to form a frame-type multi-layered coil structure with the folded sections on two adjacent layers of middle sections staggered by an angle without locating on the same vertical axis. The induction coil is durable because the staggered folded sections protect the coil structure against short circuit possibly caused by any damaged surface isolation at any folded section due to deformation thereof.
