Abstract: This disclosure relates to video optimization and disclose a voice bullet screen generation method and an electronic device. The generation method includes: collecting a voice-form user comment or a character-form user comment; generating the character-form user comment according to the collected voice-form user comment or generating the voice-form user comment according to the collected character-form user comment; establishing a link between the character-form user comment and the voice-form user comment; and displaying the character-form user comment containing the link of the voice-form user comment to a user in a bullet screen form. Some embodiments of this disclosure can make a user optionally listen to a bullet screen voice, providing more selections and better viewing experience to the user.
