Abstract: A lockable box includes a base portion, a lid portion movable into a closed position for closing the base portion, a latching formation formed on one of the lid and base portions and a slit formed on the other of the lid and base portions. The latching formation is receivable within the slit for locking the lid portion in a closed position. The latching formation includes one or more tabs resiliently foldable into a folded position for enabling the latching formation to be received into the slit and for moving out of the folded position for locking the latching formation within the slit once slotted therein.
