Publication number: 20230314634Abstract: A radiation detector includes a photodetector and a scintillator coupled thereto. The scintillator is formed of a scintillator material comprising an organic glass scintillator (OGS) material and at least one of a polymer additive or a plasticizer additive. The scintillator emits light when radiation is received at the scintillator, and the light is received by the photodetector. The radiation detector can further include a frame that has an interior cavity that holds the scintillator in position with respect to the photodetector, such that the light emitted by the scintillator is transmitted to the photodetector. The scintillator can be formed by casting amorphous scintillator material in the interior cavity of the frame. The frame can then be coupled to the photodetector to form the radiation detector.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 8, 2023Publication date: October 5, 2023Inventors: Joseph Carlson, Patrick L. Patent number: 8635275Abstract: Some embodiments of the present invention provide a method and system for correlating information regarding an interactive communication. A session application record is provided to store information of a session that represents an interactive communication that is at least between two endpoints. An application programming interface (API) is provided for users to create and manipulate session application records. Application specific data or customized data can be stored with the session application record using a tag that includes a name and value pair. One session application record can be associated with another session application record by using a relation. Any information that is gathered during a session can be accessible even when one of the endpoints is replaced by another endpoint.Type: GrantFiled: August 2, 2007Date of Patent: January 21, 2014Assignee: Aspect Software, Inc.Inventors: Fergal Glynn, Brian Silver, Richard W. Patent number: 8461880Abstract: A pre-drive circuit with an output buffer that may contain a bootstrap circuit is described. The bootstrap circuit may be configured to output a voltage level greater in magnitude than the supply voltage that the bootstrap circuit is coupled with. The pre-drive circuit may contain a timing circuit. The timing circuit may be configured to at least partially determine when the bootstrap circuit outputs a voltage greater in magnitude than the supply voltage. The pre-drive circuit may also contain a pre-drive buffer circuit. This pre-drive buffer circuit may be capable of three outputs: (1) logical zero, or roughly electrical ground; (2) logical one, or roughly the level of the voltage supply, and (3) an outputted voltage greater than the voltage supply.Type: GrantFiled: April 1, 2010Date of Patent: June 11, 2013Assignee: Silicon Labs Spectra, Inc.Inventor: Huan Huu Tran
