Abstract: One embodiment relates to a method of inspecting an array of cells on a substrate. A reference image is generated using a cell image that was previously determined to be defect free. A reference contour image which includes contours of the reference image is also generated. The reference contour image is used to detect defects in the array of cells on the substrate. Another embodiment relates to a system for detecting defects in an array on a substrate. Other embodiments, aspects and features are also disclosed.

A metal layer comprises a metal fabric weave, and has an outer edge. The outer edge of the metal layer is recessed from the outer edge of the metal layer by a width w, wherein w is a fraction of the wavelength of the radiation.

Additionally, a user may select an image from a plurality of images that the user perceives as being an appropriate representative image for the business. Based on votes received a default representative image may be identified that is provided in response to a request for information about the business.

The method and system may also generate and display a plurality of images representative of the location of the position identifier. A user may interact with a position identifier or one of several scroll icons to view images of other locations on the street map and/or to obtain driving directions between two locations.

Abstract: A fire extinguisher cabinet especially adapted for a residential-office installation which includes emergency lighting automatically energized when house power is interrupted, powered by a rechargeable battery in a battery storage-wiring junction box hung below the cabinet. A selectively turned on night light is also included. The cabinet includes a main housing piece molded integrally with a hinged door having a lightly colored panel allowing viewing of the fire extinguisher within. A mounting frame abutted against the inside of the wall panel is secured to an outside flange on the main housing piece. A sheet metal shielding housing is secured covering the inside of the main housing piece, attached to the mounting frame.
