Abstract: A microwave coffee maker includes a microwave generator for heating water. The heated water is discharged to a filtering vessel and then to a coffee container. The coffee container is mounted on a support plate on the underside of which is disposed a microwave absorbing material. That material is exposed to the microwaves and is heated thereby. The heat is conducted to the coffee container through the support plate to keep the coffee warm.

Abstract: A microwave coffee maker includes a magnetron for generating microwaves that heat water flowing in a conduit toward a filtering vessel. A high voltage transformer is connected to the magnetron. The conduit extends in heat exchange relationship with the magnetron and transformer so that water flowing in the conduit absorbs heat from, and thereby cools, the magnetron and transformer.

Abstract: A fixing device of a heating member in a combined microwave and convection cooking apparatus includes inner and outer case members having flanges respectively, an upper plate of a heating cavity provided with first and second holders, and a heating member assembly including fixing and supporting members for firmly fixing and supporting the heater in the inner case member. When the device is assembled and fixed, the flanges of the inner and outer case members are inserted within the first and second holders respectively for preventing the leakage of the air heated by the heater.
