Abstract: The present invention provides with a power saving method for the electrical heating food processing device of temperature-controlled, which applied the thermal sensor dynamic senses the temperature of the heater; and the microprocessor judges that whether the real-time sensed temperature signal is within the corresponding temperature interval, then deals with the data. The microprocessor judges that whether the continuous-time length of the corresponding temperature interval exceeds the preset time threshold on the basis of the judgment of the temperature interval. If does, reduce the temperature or shutdown the power, otherwise return to the normal working mode. It realizes automatically temperature reduction and automatically shutdown when the food processing device is unused.

The upper and the lower pan unit have an opposite position relative to each other, which comprises at least a first opposite position and a second opposite position having different distances relative to each other. The upper pan unit comprises an upper pan mounted on an upper base. The lower pan unit comprises a lower base, a deep pan, and a shallow pan. The deep pan can be detachably mounted on the lower base in the first opposite position. The shallow pan can be detachably mounted on the lower base in the second opposite position. The top peripheries of the shallow pan and the deep pan abut against the upper pan. In both positions, the pan of the lower pan unit can abut against the bottom periphery of the upper pan to avoid the misalignment.

Abstract: An electric grilling device with partial high-temperature heating function has an electric heating tube installed on the bottom of a grilling plate. The electric heating tube is bent into an intensive distribution structure shape and the bottom of the grilling plate has an embedding groove corresponding to the shape of the electric heating tube. The electric heating tube is installed in the embedding groove. The surface of the grilling plate corresponding to the intensive distribution structure of electric heating tube is defined as high-temperature region. This structure has a partial high-temperature function of the grilling plate and satisfies the different temperature requirements of grilling different food. The device utilizes the energy more efficiently to overcome the shortages of conventional electric grilling devices wherein temperature of the grilling plate is relative low. The structure of the device is simple and it is easy to operate.
