Abstract: A composite panel for a battery pack including a composite panel for a battery pack provided on at least one side of a battery cell, and implemented by comprising: a heat dissipation sheet part; a heating sheet part including a heating circuit pattern formed in a predetermined area; and a sensor unit for detecting any one or more of external temperature and swelling of the battery cell. According to this, the composite panel for the battery pack and the battery pack comprising same can simultaneously express the effects of detecting the temperature and swelling of the battery cell by including the sensor unit, and very easily controlling the temperature of the battery cell by having excellent heat dissipation characteristics by including the heat dissipation sheet part, and predetermined heat generation due to the heating sheet part.

Accordingly, the heat-dissipating elastic body may protect a heating element from a physical stimulus such as a vibration or impact transmitted from the outside to a heat dissipater, and rapidly transduce and radiate heat generated in the heating element. In addition, an insulating heat-radiating coating layer formed using the insulating heat-radiating coating composition has excellent adhesiveness to a surface to be coated, thereby remarkably preventing the peeling of an insulating heat-radiating coating layer during use and maintaining the durability of the insulating heat-radiating coating layer against physical and chemical stimuli such as external heat, organic solvents, moisture, and impact after formation of the insulating heat-radiating coating layer.
