  • Publication number: 20220195722
Abstract: A sound insulation tile having a tile body and a sound insulation layer on a back surface of the tile body and used for buildings and a method of manufacturing the same are revealed. The sound insulation layer is made of unfoamed or foamed PU material containing special substances. A method of manufacturing sound insulation tiles includes the steps of preparing a plurality pieces of sound insulation layer whose size matches size of a tile body and then attaching the sound insulation layer to a back surface of the tile body by an adhesive layer. Another method of manufacturing sound insulation tiles includes the steps of coating thick PU material over a back side of a tile body to form an even sound insulation layer integrated with the tile body, and then curing the sound insulation layer for mass production of the sound insulation tile.

  • Patent number: 7923272
Abstract: A method of forming the resin cover lens of LED assembly uses transparent materials, such as plastics, PP (Polypropylene), PET (Polyethylene teraphthalate), PC (Polycarbonate), PE (Polyethylene) or glass to produce the mold for making lens; and uses liquid transparent resin that can be quickly cured under EB (electron-beam) radiation, such as PU (Polyurethane), epoxy, silicon, acrylic resin or its copolymer et al., or the above resin added with photo initiator and curable under UV radiation; and fills in the mold cavity with the resin; and selects EB or UV to cure the liquid transparent resin inside the cavity to form lens. The new process in the invention is to reduce the curing time for making lens that helps LED assembly achieve high throughput rate and mass production.

  • Publication number: 20100033005
Abstract: An armrest a rope control mechanism is disclosed. The rope mechanism consists of a rope with certain length and a soft tube covering the rope with about same length. The top end of the rope connects to a control button while the lower end of the rope extends downwards and connects with a control member of a seat adjustment mechanism or a seat back adjustment mechanism inside a bottom plate. When the user operates the control button to pull the rope moving up, the rope synchronously pulls the control member of the seat adjustment mechanism or the seat back adjustment mechanism so as to make the seat adjustment mechanism or the seat back adjustment mechanism work. Thus the convenience of operation and adjustment are improved.

  • Patent number: 7364229
Abstract: An automatic ventilation device for chairs uses a movable plate that moves upwards and downwards along with a cushion. A reset spring is disposed on the movable plate. The upper side and lower side of movable plate each have a stretchable air bag. When the removable plate moves upwards and downwards, one air bag is extended while the other is compressed. The upper and lower air bags have one-way air inlets and outlets respectively while the air outlets are connected to the chair cushion and the chair back for blowing air to the chair cushion and chair back.

  • Patent number: 7159947
Abstract: An adjustment mechanism for armrests includes an armrest plane and a lower plate fastened under the armrest plane. A removable block with smaller length is disposed inside the lower plate. Elastic locating rings are disposed on right and left sides of the removable lock, corresponding to linear locating slot composed of a plurality of curved slots on right and left sides of an inner part of the lower plate. Thus the removable block and the lower plate are moving or located relative to each other. A rectangular slot with a rectangular piece whose width is smaller than that of the rectangular slot is mounted on the removable block. And curved slots for location is arranged on side of the rectangular piece so that the rectangular piece and the rectangular slot move transversely and being located, relative to each other.

  • Publication number: 20070001490
Abstract: An automatic ventilation device for chairs uses a moveable plate that moves upwards and downwards along with a cushion, arranged under the cushion. A reset spring for returning is disposed on the removable plate. The upper side and lower side of the removable plate having a stretchable air bag respectively. When the removable plate moves upwards and downwards, one air bag is extended while the other is compressed, working in opposite way. The. upper and lower air bags have one-way air inlets and outlets respectively while the air outlets are connected to the chair cushion and the chair back. Therefore, when the cushion moves due to the movement of users or driving over broken country, the moveable plate moves upwards and downwards synchronously so as to compress one of the upper or lower air bags for blowing air to the chair cushion and chair back continuously. Thus under the condition of energy saving-without a power unit, the device has a cooling effect and makes users comfortable.

  • Patent number: 7150504
Abstract: An adjustment mechanism for handrails is disclosed. A lower plate is secured below a handrail body so that an inner space for accommodating the adjustment mechanism is formed between the handrail body and the lower plate. Two linear locating slots are symmetrically disposed on inner left and right sides of the lower plate and a removable block is arranged between the two linear locating slots. An elastic locating ring is disposed on right and left sides of the removable block and the locating ring locks into a curved slot of the linear locating slots for being located. Thus the lower plate slides forwards and backwards relative to the removable block, and also being located by the locating ring. Furthermore, a round slot is arranged on the removable block for being assembled with a disc. The center of the disc, the removable block, a sliding slot of the lower plate, and a base are fastened together. The base is secured on the handrail support.

  • Patent number: 6659561
Abstract: An adjustable arm rest includes a plate secured on top of a housing with one or more fasteners and having one or more catches, and a casing slidably engage with the fasteners to guide the casing to slide relative to the housing and the plate. A board is slidably disposed above the plate and includes a number of recesses to selectively receive the catches of the plate, and to adjustably position the board and the casing to the plate and the housing. A follower may force the board away from the plate, to selectively disengage the catches of the plate from the board, and to allow the casing to be adjusted forwardly and rearwardly relative to the casing.

  • Publication number: 20030153418
Abstract: A polyurethane ball for games and sports includes a core portion made of relatively heavy and low-cost materials and in the shape of a regular spherical body, and an outer portion made of a polyurethane material and having a predetermined thickness to enclose the entire core portion. The ball is manufactured by way of centering a pre-molded core portion in a mold and filling the mold with the polyurethane material to produce an integral ball. The materials for the core portion include rubber or foamed rubber, plastics or foamed plastics, or recycled wood materials. A heavy-weight filler, such as powdered calcium carbonate, may be blended into the materials for the core portion, so as to effectively control an overall weight of the polyurethane ball.
