Abstract: A tool device includes a pair of pivotal levers, and two handles having one end detachably and quickly secured to the levers with quick release devices without additional tools. A spring may be secured between the levers before the levers are secured to the handles. The handles may be detachably secured to the other pairs of pivotal levers. The quick release devices each includes a pin engaged in one end of a shank, and a bar having an oblong hole for slidably receiving the pin, and for allowing the bar to be rotated between a release position and a lock position.
