    Abstract: The present invention relates to a filler comprising a hyaluronic acid hydrogel having a lift value in a specific range relative to the unit amount (w/w %) of hyaluronic acid included in a filler, in contrast to the modification degree, and as a result of having said lift value the filler exhibits improved high viscoelasticity flow properties, has the advantages of both monophasic and biphasic hyaluronic acid hydrogel fillers, and thus exhibits good tissue-restoring properties, has low mobility when injected into skin whilst still maintaining the shape thereof for a long time, and has minimized deformation of the hyaluronic acid through the minimization of the use of crosslinkers, and thus the natural form of hyaluronic acid molecules can be maintained, enabling a reduction in the occurrence of immune reactions and side effects, and thus has excellent soft tissue restoration properties, volume expansion properties and wrinkle alleviation properties.
