Abstract: A pruning shear device includes a pair of pruning shears with a lug located at a rear end of a cutter blade thereof, and a switch unit including a position-limiting member movable between a first position where the position-limiting member is abutted against the lug for enabling the pruning shears to perform in a normal operating mode for cutting off small tree branches through a single-stage force-applying operation and a second position where the position-limiting member is kept away from the lug for enabling the pruning shears to perform in an effort-saving operating mode for cutting off large tree branches through a multi-stage force-applying operation.

Abstract: A switch-free multi-cutting mode shearing tool includes a shearer including a first handle and a second handle pivotally connected together, a cutter blade pivoted to the first handle, a link pivoted to the second handle, and a pushing element mounted at the second handle. The cutter blade has a cutting edge protruding over a front end of the first handle, an actuation portion projecting between the first and second handles, an elongated slot located in the actuation portion and a plurality of engagement grooves inside the elongated slot. The link has a pin located at a movable end thereof and inserted into and movable along the elongated slot and selectively engageable into one of the engagement grooves, such that when the first and second handles are closed toward each other, the pushing element is forced to touch and push the actuation portion of the cutter blade.

The handle device includes a handle and an impact device. The front end of the handle has a rectangular hole. The impact device includes a confining cover, an elastic element, and a tool handle. The confining cover is a rectangular sleeve and the central top thereof contains a receiving groove. The front wall of the receiving groove has an inserting hole which penetrates to the front surface of the confining cover. An elastic element is installed in the receiving groove. The front end of the tool handle is a working portion and the rear section thereof has a handle post. The handle post can be inserted into an inserting hole of the confining cover and extend to the receiving groove. Therefore, a handle device of an impact hand tool is formed.

Abstract: An air bag buffer device for a hand tool comprises a hollow bag and a plug. The front end of the hollow bag is a hollow and sealed snake-like tube. At the center of one end of the snake-like tube is formed with a round post. The center of the round post has an axial helical hole, and the helical hole is communicated with the interior of the snake-like tube. The plug is formed as a helical post, the center of which is an axial air hole, the front end of the air hole formed with a unidirectional elastic valve piece which is closed in the front end. Thereby, the front end of the plug is screwedly inserted into the helical hole of the round post of the hollow bag so that the buffer device is firmly secured to one handle or two handles of a hand tool. As the hand tool applies a force, the impact from closing two handles are reduced to resist the opening of the two handles for being used again.

Abstract: An agricultural agitator used for disturbing matter such as compost includes a rod, a handle mounted on a top end of the rod, a first flat section formed at a middle portion thereof and a second flat section formed at a bottom end thereof. The second flat section is perpendicular to the first flat section and has a sharp tip at the bottom thereof. Two pairs of blades are respectively and pivotedly mounted on opposite sides of each of the first and second flat sections. Each blade resembles a tongue with a broad flat first end and a second end formed as two upright lugs.
