The nucleic acid complex according to the present invention can penetrate the blood-brain barrier at excellent efficiency, and especially, the conjugation of a drug into the nucleic acid complex increases the blood-brain barrier penetration ability of the drug, and thus is very useful in treatment or diagnosis of diseases.
