    Abstract: The present invention provides a nano-emulsion composition of CoQ10 comprising 5 to 20 wt. % of CoQ10, 1 to 5 wt. % of ethanol, 1 to 5 wt. % of lecithin, 20 to 30 wt. % of caprylic/capric glyceride or vegetable oil(s), 10 to 20 wt. % of glycerin, 1 to 15 wt. % of coemulsifier(s) and the balance of water. The present invention also provides a nano-emulsion composition of CoQ10 comprising 5 to 20 wt. % of CoQ10, 1 to 5 wt. % of ethanol, 20 to 30 wt. % of caprylic/capric glyceride or vegetable oil(s), 1 to 25 wt. % of emulsifier(s), 10 to 20 wt. % of glycerin, and the balance of water. The nano-emulsion composition according to the present invention can preferably improve stability, in vivo penetration, absorptiveness and bioavailability of CoQ10.
