According to the present invention, the aggregation of water-dispersed PHA particles can be prevented, and re-dispersion is induced so that precipitation can be prevented, and thus the dispersion stability and water resistance of PHA can be improved. In addition, the composition of the present invention minimizes the use of additives to enable recycling of biodegradable PHA, and has excellent compatibility with conventional commercial products and excellent room-temperature stability.
