The benzamide derivative according to an aspect of the present invention can be used in the prevention or treatment of cancer by suppressing EGFR mutation, and, when administered in combination with an EGFR antagonist such as cetuximab, exhibits a significantly synergistic effect on anticancer activity, and thus can be effectively used as an anticancer agent.
