  • Publication number: 20240148856
Abstract: Provided is a vaccine composition for preventing respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) infection, which is in the form of a liposome formulation including a RSV antigen, monophosphoryl lipid A (MLA), and/or a cobalt-porphyrin-phospholipid (CoPoP) conjugate. The vaccine composition exhibits excellent vaccine efficacy from a RSV antigen with enhanced immunogenicity and a combination of immune adjuvants for enhancing immune activity and antigen presentation.

  • Publication number: 20240153563
Abstract: A semiconductor memory device includes a source layer, a channel structure, gate electrodes on the source layer and spaced apart on a sidewall of the channel structure, and a common source line. The gate electrodes include a first word line group including first and second gate electrodes and a second word line group including third and fourth gate electrodes. The semiconductor memory device, in response to a voltage of the common source line reaching a target voltage, causes an inhibition voltage to be applied to the second word line group and an erase voltage to be applied to the first word line group in a first erase operation interval, and causes the inhibition voltage to be applied to the first word line group and the erase voltage to be applied to the second word line group in a second erase operation interval.

  • Publication number: 20230034622
Abstract: An apparatus for maintaining spacing of a cutout portion of lamina used for patient-customized laminoplasty is proposed. The apparatus for maintaining spacing of a cutout portion of lamina used for patient-customized laminoplasty includes a spacer configured to be fitted in a cutout space secured by opening in order to open a cutout portion and expand a spinal canal after a portion of a lamina of a vertebra is cut, and configured to keep the spinal canal expanded, and a plate coupled to the spacer and fixed to an outer side of the lamina, thereby preventing movement of the spacer.

  • Publication number: 20220323224
Abstract: A patient-specific artificial temporomandibular joint is proposed. The patient-specific artificial temporomandibular joint includes: a temporal bone coupling part including a fixing body that is fixed to the temporal bone of a patient and a head receiver that is detachably coupled to the fixing body and provides a close-contact curved surface being open downward; and a mandible coupling part including a coupling body that is fixed to the mandible of a patient and a head that has a spherical shape and is supported by the coupling body in contact with the close-contact curved surface of the head receiver. The patient-specific artificial temporomandibular joint is manufactured by 3-D printing on the basis of shape data of the temporal bone or the mandible of a patient, so a good implanting effect is provided and the patient quickly recovers. Further, worn parts can be partially replaced, thus there is a little burden of maintenance.

  • Patent number: 9518309
Abstract: A method of manufacturing a porous metal foam having pores of nano size includes: manufacturing a porous polymer foam containing pores of nano size; and coating metal on the porous polymer foam through electroless plating. The present invention provides porous metal foams which contains nano-sized pores and hence, their specific surface area is maximized owing to the regularly-patterned nanoporous structure formed inside.
