Abstract: A floating type offshore wind structure having improved structural strength and reduced weight, including a floating body having buoyancy in the seat; and a wind power generation unit fixed to the floating body, wherein the floating body includes a plurality of columns disposed at the vertex positions of a triangle, respectively, and a plurality of pontoon units disposed in the form of a triangle, so as to connect the plurality of columns, the wind power generation unit is placed at any one of the plurality of columns, each of the plurality of columns includes a first side in contact with a first pontoon unit which is any one of the plurality of pontoon units, and a second side in contact with a second pontoon unit which is another one of the plurality of pontoon units, and each of the first side and the second side is a planar surface.

Abstract: A live-commerce system according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a seller terminal equipped with a live-commerce application, a user terminal equipped with the live-commerce application, and a live-commerce server configured to utilize a chat function between the seller terminal and the user terminal to progress a game selected as a method of selling a product by the seller. In this case, the live-commerce server delivers a chat message including game information related to the selected game to the user terminal based on a time of the live-commerce server to control chatting and the game information to be displayed on the user terminal without a time difference through the chat function.

In one embodiment, community configuration items including at least one of a template and a background image of a community are provided, and corresponding URL information is sorted and stored for each user when the user specifies a desired community configuration item. A community environment to which the requested community configuration item is applied is provided after receiving the URL information on the requested community configuration item according to the request made by the user. Therefore, system usage may be increased because of the provision of various community environments where the user can show his personality through the establishment of various environments.
