    Abstract: A cooling method can be used with an electric vehicle that comprises a vehicle charging connection unit connected to an external cable connected to a charger located outside the electric vehicle, a battery configured to be charged through the vehicle charging connection unit, and a pump configured to circulate cooling water to cool the vehicle charging connection unit. The cooling method includes determining whether an amount of cooling water is insufficient and, upon determining that the amount of cooling water is insufficient, restricting a charging rate of charging power supplied through the vehicle charging connection unit.

The vehicle includes an oil pump that estimates an inner temperature without using a temperature sensor. A temperature of an oil pump unit is estimated to operate an electric oil pump to supply a hydraulic pressure to a transmission, based on the required hydraulic pressure and driving status information. An output torque is then adjusted based on the estimated temperature.

    Abstract: A cooperative control method and apparatus for maintaining driving in response to engine clutch failure are provided. The cooperative control method includes monitoring refill temperature conditions of operating oil of an engine clutch and performing cooperative control between a radiator and an engine cooling water circulation pump based on change in temperature of the operating oil of the engine clutch. Additionally, the method includes determining whether the engine clutch is in a refill dangerous stage and turning off an engine to be turned off when the engine clutch is in the refill dangerous stage. Whether the temperature of the operating oil is mitigated is determined based on the refill temperature conditions, when the engine is turned off and oil refilling is performed when the temperature of the operating oil is not mitigated.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of producing glutathione, wherein photosynthetic membrane vesicles and enzymes catalyzing glutathione synthesis are combined and glutamate, cysteine and glycine are used as reaction substrates. As enzymes catalyzing glutathione synthesis, ?-glutamylcysteine synthetase and glutathione synthetase may be used together, or bifunctional glutathione synthetase may be used alone. According to the conventional methods, there is a problem in that expensive adenosine triphosphate should be continuously supplied when glutathione is produced. However, according to the present invention, since photosynthetic membrane vesicles are used as a source to regenerate adenosine triphosphate, it is possible to continuously produce glutathione without additionally adding adenosine triphosphate, thereby reducing production costs of glutathione.

The enzymatic synthesis of 5-aminolevulinic acid directly from succinic acid and glycine may be simple, but the synthesis is not inexpensive due to the supply of ATP and CoA, which are relatively expensive reactants. The photosynthetic membrane vesicle is used together with succinyl-CoA synthetase and 5-aminolevulinic acid synthase, thereby enabling the re-use of adenosine diphosphate or CoA in reaction. Accordingly, relatively expensive 5-aminolevulinic acid can be efficiently produced at low manufacturing costs from succinic acid and glycine.
