The present invention includes a fluorescent layer on an upper plate to have a plurality of prominences and depressions, a lower plate leaving a predetermined gap from the upper plate to form a hermetic space together with the upper plate, at least one or more electrodes on the lower plate, and an insulating layer on the at least one or more electrodes.
