  • Patent number: 6956315
Abstract: A stator for a reciprocating motor includes a bobbin made of an insulating material in which a winding coil is located; a terminal unit forming a single body with the bobbin and connecting the winding coil electrically with an outer power source; and a core unit stacked radially along with the bobbin started from one side of the terminal unit. Therefore, the winding coil and the bobbin can be coupled in simple way, and the core unit can be stacked simply and precisely, so the mass productivity of the motor is able to be increased. Also, the size of the core unit is able to be managed simply and precisely, and then, the contact and impact with other components constructing the motor is prevented, whereby the reliability of the motor can be improved.

  • Patent number: 6913450
Abstract: A suction valve coupling structure for a reciprocating compressor is disclosed in which a piston being linearly moved in a cylinder upon receipt of driving force from an electric mechanism unit, according to which gas flows through a gas flow passage formed therein, is coupled by welding to a valve for opening and closing the gas flow passage, thereby strengthening the coupling state of the suction valve. Since the coupling structure is simplified, a dead volume is reduced and a stroke volume is increased, improving compression efficiency. A stroke control of the piston is facilitated to enable a precise control of movement of the piston. In addition, a reliability of the coupling of the suction valve can be improved.

  • Patent number: 6882075
Abstract: A bobbin for a reciprocating motor and fabricating method thereof includes the bobbin comprising a bobbin body (310) including a first sidewall unit (312) and a second sidewall unit (313) forming a certain space in the body by extending at a certain height so as to have slopped part from both side of the bottom (311) having a ring form with a certain width; a winding coil (320) wound a plurality of times in the space of inner side of the bobbin body; (310) and a cover (330) couple to the bobbin body (310) so as to cover the winding coil (320), and a molding step for fabricating the bobbin, thereby fabrication of the winding coil and laminated outer core constituting the motor is simplified, the length of the permanent magnet constituting the mover can be shortened. So, fabricating cost of the motor can be reduced and mass productivity of the motor can be improved.

  • Patent number: 5819762
Abstract: A curler whose diameter increases in size as hair is being wound up by, at least at the beginning of a winding-up process, laying the self-gripping tape strip in one or more turns around the curling core and thus building up self-gripping tape material on the curling core. Since, due to the outwardly projecting protrusions, the self-gripping tape material is of a given thickness, with every turn produced by the self-gripping tape strip on the curling core, the diameter of the curler is increased. With a selected length of the self-gripping tape strip it can be achieved that the self-gripping tape is wound on the curler with complete surrounding layers providing an increased diameter which is present for the entire circumferential surface of the curler. The result is a universal curler with which a relatively large width of different hair lengths can be retained. A curler of this type replaces a plurality of self-sticking curlers of different diameter, requiring little sales space.
