The backlight unit is in contact with a bottom surface of the liquid crystal display panel. The cover glass is bonded to a top surface of the liquid crystal display panel. The frame is bonded to the cover glass. The filling member is configured to bond a lateral surface of the frame, a lateral surface of the liquid crystal display panel and a lateral surface of the backlight unit and reduce a leaked light emitted from the backlight unit.
